Fruit Platter: with Honey Yogurt Dipping Sauce

Assorted Fruit and Nut Muffins: Banana Walnut, Blueberry Crumble, Carrot

Churro Bites: Fried Churro Bites rolled in Cinnamon Sugar

Stations:

Juice/Coffee Bar: Assorted fruit juices and coffee/tea with cream and sugar

Chef Manned Omelet Station: ham, bacon, chorizo, bell pepper, tomato, cheese, green onion, jalapeno, spinach, mushroom

Buffet Style:

French Toast: thick cut French toast with Vermont maple syrup

Breakfast Burritos: with/without chorizo, rice, eggs, black beans, cheese, wrapped in flour tortillas. Served with sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo

Ham, Egg and Cheddar Croissants: with Chipotle Aioli and sliced Tomato
